Your safety and comfort is our highest priority. In the event of an emergency we strive to go above and beyond to ensure the problem is resolved and you can rest easy. 24-hours a day, we're here to help.


Before calling, check the following:
  • Is your unit on?
  • If your thermostat has a display, is it blank?
  • If your thermostat requires batteries, are the batteries in need of replacement?
  • Is your thermostat set to the appropriate heating or cooling position?
  • Is your thermostat set to the desired temperature?
  • Is the furnace switch in the ON position?
  • Is your furnace filter clean or in need of replacement?

Remember, this page is only to help you with simple issues. This is in no way a suggestion that you try and fix your own HVAC units.

DO NOT attempt to open or repair a unit yourself. There is a danger of electrocution which can result in serious injury or even death. Please exercise caution at all times and rely on your skilled Air Control Central technician to complete proper service and repairs.
